1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to RenderRoute. You must be able to form a binding contract, provide accurate account information, and use the service for a lawful business or creative purpose. An order form, data-processing agreement, service level, or verified 18+ addendum may also apply.
2. API access
API credentials are issued for approved accounts and remain revocable. Keep credentials confidential, use appropriate scopes, and do not expose them in client-side code or public repositories. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the applications and users you connect to the service.
3. Plans, credits, and payment
Plan prices, included credits, credit consumption, renewal timing, taxes, and any overage terms are shown at checkout or in an applicable order form. Unless a different written term applies, fees are non-refundable after credits are consumed. Provider pricing and route availability may change without altering credits already purchased.
4. Generated outputs
Generated outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other content, unsuitable for a particular use, or affected by third-party rights. RenderRoute does not guarantee uniqueness, factuality, non-infringement, or acceptance by an advertising platform, marketplace, publisher, or regulator. Review every output before publishing or relying on it.
5. Providers and availability
Eligible requests may be processed by different inference providers according to model tier, account configuration, availability, policy, region, and route health. Fallback does not guarantee identical style or output. Maintenance, upstream incidents, moderation dependencies, quotas, and account restrictions can interrupt the service.
6. Customer obligations
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and provider or model restrictions communicated for your account. Do not resell credentials, evade metering, interfere with service integrity, bypass safety controls, or present synthetic content as verified evidence of a real event.
7. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, policy violation, abusive traffic, legal exposure, provider restriction, or harm to people or infrastructure. Urgent action may occur without advance notice where reasonably necessary.
8. Service terms
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Any warranties, service commitments, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, and dispute terms in an executed order form or enterprise agreement control where they conflict with these website terms.
