1. Information we process

RenderRoute may process account contact details, billing identifiers, hashed API credentials, request metadata, pseudonymous customer user references, prompts and outputs needed for inference or moderation, provider request identifiers, usage records, support communications, and security events.

2. Prompt and output handling

Standard usage records store a one-way prompt hash rather than the raw prompt. Inference and moderation providers may receive prompt and output data as needed to perform the requested service. Automatic routing can send separate requests to different eligible providers after a transient service failure.

3. Why we process information

We use information to authenticate accounts, generate images, route requests, prevent abuse, review content, meter usage, bill customers, troubleshoot incidents, improve reliability, answer support requests, protect the service, and comply with law.

4. Retention

We retain account, billing, usage, security, moderation, support, and legal records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual requirements, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Hosted outputs may have a separate expiry period shown in API metadata or customer documentation.

5. Sharing and processors

Information may be shared with contracted inference providers, moderation providers, hosting and observability vendors, payment processors, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell prompts or generated images as personal data.

6. Security

RenderRoute keeps provider credentials server-side, hashes API keys with a deployment secret, supports scoped access, sanitizes provider errors, and avoids raw prompt logging in standard usage records. No system is risk-free, and customers should not submit unnecessary personal, confidential, or regulated information.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive certain personal information. Requests and privacy questions can be sent to hello@renderroute.app. We may verify identity before completing a request.
